Requirements
• At least 3 years experience in Volkswagen sales or sales management in a motor dealership
• Must be able to present a business plan on how to drive activity levels in the new vehicle department
• Must have good product knowledge of the Volkswagen Passenger and Commercial Brand
• Proven track record of leading a team to exceed new car sales targets
• Talented communicator and motivator with natural authority, a confident manner, and a highly performance-oriented approach
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing staff
• Drivers license
• Clear criminal record
• Grade 12 or higher qualification
